Prices are in euros, are calculated based on the heaviest item + inc. EU VAT. Tracking add-on available at checkout. Subject to change.

All prices are in euros + inc. EU VAT. You can use tools like Xe Currency Converter to calculate the approx amount in your local currency (do note that different payment processors might offer different rates).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I also don't have a IOSS number, so if you're from UK and want to avoid customs/import fees I recommend buying from my Etsy shop instead.

For EU customers taxes are included in prices :)

You can add tracking to your order at checkout and will find your tracking number in the confirmation email after your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-5 working days for it to activate.

I’m working towards making all my packaging eco-friendly ♡

At the moment I'm usually using tissue paper, paper/glassine bags, paper/eco plastic packaging stickers, paper/cardboard envelopes/boxes + eco (paper) mailers. The only less eco-friendly items I'm using are cellophane bags + plastic wraps for certain items that need it + for certain wholesale items and reused bubble wrap.

Please recycle my packaging materials by putting them in appropriate recycling bins ♡ You can put all of my cardboard, eco padded mailers, paper items, glassine + eco plastic stickers with paper/cardboard.

If you got a wrong item or the items have gotten broken in transit, please send me pictures + your order number to hello(at)nikury.com and I'll help you ♡

If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact your local post provider first. If you added tracked shipping your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email.

If you can’t figure out with the help of your post office where your package is, please reach out to me: hello(at)nikury.com. Remember to reach out before the tracking expires and include your order number!

Orders marked as delivered can't unfortunately be refunded (you should be able to get a refund from your local post in this case if you didn’t receive your package).

I don't refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with untracked shipping, orders shipped without tracking are done at your own risk.

If you want to cancel your order, send the request + your order number to hello(at)nikury.com ASAP.

I'm only able to cancel orders that are not shipped yet, this includes orders that are processed right at the moment you send the email if I don't see it before processing the order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted (return window: 14 days from receiving your order). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order gets delivered back to me because the post was unable to deliver the package to the address you provide, you didn’t pick it from the post office or refused to pay import duties and you want me to deliver your order to you again, I unfortunately need to ask you to pay for shipping costs again (via Paypal). If you want a refund instead of resend, I'll refund the items minus shipping.

If the order comes back to me because of other reason, I’ll resend your order to you for free (or give a full refund in case the items are sold out).
